Dalmar Cape Town Office
The Dalmar Group of Companies is proud to announce the opening of its Cape Town Office, officially on 01 June 2019.
This is the realisation of the company’s strategic plan to expand its footprint on a more permanent basis to the Western Cape, which has been made possible with the awarding of the tender in respect of the Parklands Project by International Housing Solutions (Pty) Ltd to Dalmar.
The Parklands project entails the construction of 971 residential apartments as well as commercial units which is spread over four phases.
Phase 1 which will consist of 89 units will already be completed on 31 October 2019.
Phases 2 and 3 will be completed respectively on 29 February 2020 and 31 May 2020.
The final phase will be completed on 31 October 2020.
Dalmar is currently investigating the development of several other exciting projects in the Western Cape.
