Dalmar is an established and respected residential and commercial construction company founded in 1973. Dalmar has experience in a diverse range of construction projects including residential projects, single and multi-story buildings, multi-unit residential developments, factories, light industrial and commercial buildings as well as restaurants, shopping centres, petrol stations and office blocks.
With the seamless integration from land procurement to completed build, Dalmar ensures that your construction needs are completed timeously and within budget.
With this in mind offices were established in the Western Cape and the Garden Route. Companies were also incorporated in Botswana, Mauritius and Zambia, which entities fall under the direct control of Dalmar’s directors.
