DALMAR GARDEN ROUTE OFFICE

The Dalmar Group of Companies is looking forward to their expansion in the Garden Route area.

This is the realisation of the company’s strategic plan to expand its footprint on a more permanent basis to the Cape Province.

An exciting project in the Garden Route is the Hartland Lifestyle Estate which will eventually consist of 1265 freestanding residences and approximately 400 townhouses.

This is an eco-friendly, high quality and low consumption estate; harnessing the power of the sun by installing solar geysers as a standard which will assist in reducing monthly costs as well as our carbon footprint.

The estate is situated in the heart of the Garden Route, in Hartenbos, and in close proximity to a number of good schools, an excellent private hospital as well as George Airport making it the perfect lifestyle estate to live in while working or commuting from Gauteng.

Dalmar is currently investigating the development of several other exciting projects in the Garden Route.
